_ participation exercise for the State of Connecticut and 18 localities-was conducted on May 12, 1984.

FEMA finds that, since there were no Category A deficiencies cited, there is reasonable assurance that appropriate protection measures can be implemented in the event of an accident at the Haddam Neck Nuclear Power Plant, and that the 44sCFR 350 approval granted by FEMA on October 1, 1984 will remain.in effect'.
