We have received your letter dated November 5, 1992, which transmitted changes to the Fort Calhoun Radiological Emergency Response Plan. The plan revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and reflects the new location of the Operations Support Center. Your submittal also included some changes to your Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures.
We have reviewed the changes to the Radiological Emergency Response Plan and have determined that they are acceptable and do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency planning for the Fort Calhoun Station.
You should note, however, that the information you wish to designate as privacy information would more likely appear to be privileged or confidential information pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
In order for such information to be withheld in whole or in part from public disclosure on the grounds that it is privileged or confidential commercial information, you must submit an application for withholding accompanied by an affidavit containing information required by 10 CFR 2.790(b).
