Description and have the following comments:

a.
Permanent area radiation monitors and portable room air radiation monitors with audible alarms should be installed in hot instrument repair shop, decontamination room, and/or air lock ante room to continuously monitor radiation levels in the area to alert the operating personnel.
b.
The leaktight dampers in the main supply and exhaust ducts serving the facility should be tested for leaktightness during installation and/or flow testing period.
