McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-369 Gentlemen:
On May 7, 1985 it was discovered that an analog channel operational test for a source range neutron flux monitor was not performed within eight hours prior to the start of core alterations. This has been determined to be reportable under 10 CFR50.73 (a)(2)(1)(B) with the report due June 6, 1985. Due to manpower availability of the investigating group, this report will be delayed until June 21, 1985.
