Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of the subject Deficiency Evaluation in the referenced telephone conversation. A determination of reportability was to be inade within thirty (30) days (May 24, 1985).
The deficiency has subsequently be determined to be Not Reportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), therefore, no written' report is required. The necessary documentation of the evaluation will be retained in ANPP files.
