WM11LLDELRAILNG REPORI November 1992 Oyster Creek entered November at full power. There was a minor power reduction for core maneuvers on 11/6/92.
A technical specification shutdown was commenced on 11/14/92 due to a failed secondary containment leak test. The test was passed the next day and the plant resumed full power operation. On 11/2//92 the plant commenced shutdown for the 14th refueling outage.
The reactor was shutdown at 0325 on 11/28/92.
