y1HfdNlA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SETTLEMENT MONITORING. PROGRAM On October 5,1992, the NRC issued Amendment Nos.167 and 147 to the North Anna Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification 3/4.7.12, involving settloment of_-Class I structures. The amendments deleted the requirement for monitoring the settlement of most of the Category I structures and increased the allowable differential settlement limits for certain structures.

In support of that amendment, Virginia Electric and Power Company committed on August 24,1992 (Serial No. 92-249A) to submit the results of the next_four semi-annual surveys to the NRC for information. This submittalis. required to be within 60 days of the survey completion. The periodic tests for the survey were completed on November 13,1992.
