WKM Valve Cracks
Dear Mr. Engelken:
l Mr. Al Toth, US NRC Region V-Resident Inspector, was verbally notified of this reportable condition on December 7,1979, by the Supply System.
Babcock and Wilcox has subsequently reported this condition as a Part 21 on December 17, 1979.
Attachment A to this letter contains the WPPSS interim report on the subject condition. Attachment B to this letter contains the Babcock and Wilcox report on the subject.
