I enclose L.icensee's supplemental response to WIA's first set of interrop tories, as well as Licensee's re:.punae to TM1A's second

But for the i n t e r ro;;a t o r i e s relating to Licensee's financial qualifications, f o r *-;h i ch r ;ponses by a ;reement have been de f erred unt il January 22, 1930, Licensee either has anexered or objected to all interrogatories propounded by TMIA.
L"n e r e. n u, ers were provided in Licensre's response of Deccnber 19, 1979, that fact is refleeted in the supplemental r,sponse.
As was done in Licensee's December 19 response, discovery requests which seek the production of documents have been treated as raich, and all documents referenced in Licensee's responses will be available in Licensee's Discovery ? ading Room by January 22, 1980.
The only exception is that the st rip charts ref e renced in t he re sponses to Int e rrogatory ::os. 3(c) and 11(c) (First Set) and the Job Ticket files referenced in response to Interrogatory No. 24 (Second Set) will be mde available for TMIA's inspectton at the Discovery Raum upon five working days' notice to either Mr. /.a h l e r (?D2) H1-4100 or Mr. W il wn (/ll) 944-9793.
