The Committee's letter to Chairman Rowden, dated April 16, 1976, "
" Status of Generic Items Relating to Light Water Reactors: Report No. 4" identified nine items on the ACRS unresolved list that the NRC staff considers to be resolted. The Committee noted the need for documentation of the staff's resolution for consideration by the ACRS. The staff is developing such documentation for each of these items and will forward it to the Committee as completed.
I am enclosing 25 copies of the first such report on item IIA-2
" Control Rod Drop Accident (BWRs) for review by th Committee.
