Three Itile Island Nuclear Station Unit 2 Docket No. 50-320 Operating License No. DPR-73 Organization Plan Change No. 10 We have reviewed proposed Revision No. 10 to the Tl11-2 Organization Plan as discussed in your letter dated !! arch 29, 1985. This revision would affect Figure 1.2 by:
(1) combining the Shift Supervisor position with the Shift Foremsn; (2) adding a new position titled Plant Operations llanager to the former Shift Supervisor slot; (3) adding a position titled SRO Limited to Fuel liandling; and (4) deleting the position of Radwaste Operations fianager.
The staff agrees that all of the above changes are necessary based h up-coming recovery activities. We find that since none of the organization changes will eliminate vital positions nor functions, they are acceptable.
Our approval of Revision No.10 to the TMI-2 Organization Plan is effective upon your receipt of this letter. A modified Figure 1.2 is also enclosed for your convenience.
