MJBell REBrowning I have received and considered your request for information in your letter to the USNRC dated October 5, 1984 Regarding your request for information about Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc (CNSI), the USNRC has a lot of information about the company, but it applies rostly to their facility at Barnwell, South Carolina, and licensing actions there. I suggest writing to Mr. M.G. Garner at the following address for information about the company as a whole, and if you desire, for additional information about their work so far on the proposed South Dakota facility.
CNSI has released one report about the proposed South Dakota facility entitled, " Economic Impact of a Low. Level Radioactive Disposal Site at Igloo, South Dakota." If you wish to receive a copy of this report, I suggest asking -
for one cirectly from Mr. Garner.
