Dear Mr. Devine:
By our telephone conversation March 8,1985, I agreed Region V staff would provide closeout briefings for your clients, Harold Hudson and As we discussed, those briefings were to be by separate teleconference calls on Thursday, March 21, 1985.
I understood you were going to coordinate with your clients and get back to me with confirmation of the date together with proposed times for our calls.
Since I have not heard from you, I have advised staff that it no longer needs to stand by for the planned briefings. Should you and either Mr. Hudson or still wish to participate in closeout briefings on their respective allegations, I trust you will let me know.
