SUBJECT:
STAFF ACTIONS IN RESPONSE TO DEFICIENCIES IN CONNECTOR SPLICES PN-78-91 reports that approximately 100 splices inside the~
Monticello containment do not have documentation-of environment qualification and therefore are being replaced.
Is this an industry-wide problem like NRC faced with the electrical connectors?
If so, what course of action is the staff planning to take in this matter and what action is planned to avoid the problem that arose while trying to resolve the electrical connector qualification problem?
