That yee review the Tech Spec change (letter; from NSP to J. F. O' Leary, s
dated November 1, 1973) proposed'by NSF for the Monticello Flant,'and 2.
Thet you review the radiological ponitoring program for the Monticello Plant to ensure consiatt.ncy with appliccble guidelines before adoption of the program in the Environmental Tech Specs for inclusion in Appendix B of the pending FTOL.
Please complete review and consents by January 30, 1974.
