A copy of Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-31 in onclosed for the information of the Joint Committee. A copy of a related noties whiah has been tranmaritted to the Office of the Federal Register for publication is also enclosed.
The construction permit authorizes Northern States Power Company to construst a boiling water nuclear reactor, designated as the Monticello Ruslear Generating Plant, at the company's site leented near Montiselle, in Wright County, Minnesota.
