I Harold Thornburg, Assistant Director for Procedums, Regulatory Operations Request for Infomation Regarding Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant We have received the following request for infomation from the intervenors in the Monticello operating license application:

1.
Supply copies of all AEC Inspection Reports on i
Monticello since November,1970.
2.
Provide a listing of all times in which the 1
l Monticello Nuclear Genersting Plant was operated with any part of the ECCS non-operational.
i-3.
Provide a listing of all times in which MSP l
reported itself to be in violation of technical specifications. Also a listing of _ the occasions l
on which the AEC alleged violation of the technical specifications by NSP.
Provide a complete history of each event.
4.
Application 55.17.
Provide a complete description and AEC evaluation of the Monticello operational phase quality assurance program.
5.
List all reports. docments, etc., dealing with turbine-trips without bypass.z Also provide a listing of all reports, doceents, etc.. dealing -
with the. operating experience of BWR plants as to tuttine trips.
Could you kindly supply us with whatever information you have-that would answer these mquests? On January 17,1973, a pre-l 11minary meeting will be held with the intervenors.
If possible we would like this infomation prior to that meeting.
