Karth wrote an undated letter to Mr. Robert D. O'Neill, Director, Con-gressional Relations in which he asked a number of questions regarding the Monticello safe ends and the possible relationship between these and the thermal sleeve incident at Indian Point.
I discussed each of Mr. Hamill's questions with him by telephone on July 16.
At the conclusion of the call, Mr. Hamill stated that a written reply would be unnecessary since he feels now that all of his questrons regarding the Monticello and Indian Point facilities have been answered, y
