As you know I as the attorney assigned to the Monticello ease and is order to maintain continuity, I would appreciate receiving all future requests for documents and information concerning this case.
All of the documents referred to in your letter are currently under preparation.
.I anticipate that the Advisory Comunittee on Reector Safeguards Report will be issued by the end of October. The ftaff Safety Evaluation Report and the Final Environmental Statement should be finalized by the middle of November. The proposed full-term operating license should be available in the next couple of weeks. I will send copies of these documents to you as they beceae available.
