Address the adequacy of your operattag and energency procedures to recognize and respond to a feeduster line break accident.

Response

Emergency Procedure IP-108, less of Steam Cenerator Feed, addresses recognition and response to a feeduster line break accident. Reference to EF-105, Steam Supply Systen Rapture, is gives as the required lamediate 1

action. These procedures have been revised extensively to reflect the latest operating guidelines during accident conditions as a result of the TM1-2 events. These revised procedores were locluded la the training program at CR

  1. 3 and have been reviewed and found acceptable by both the NRC (!&E and IctR) and Florida Power Corporattoa.
