Ile understand t. hat for a system to be generally considered oper-abic, all hangers must have a safety factor of 2:1 or greater.
Prtor to entering MDOE 2, Florida power Corporation wl11 upgrade all hangers with a safety factor of less than 2:1 to a safety factor of 4:1 or 5:1, as appitcable, or will. provide an analysis demonstrating the inteprity, during the derlyn basis carthquake (DUE) of each system tluit has a hanger wtth a safety f actor of test then 2:1.
