As agreed during a telephone conversation on August 2,1973. Monticello will demonstrate that the minimum shutdown margin will be no less than 0.751 at any timo during eyele 2 with allowance for transient xenon and aamarium. The shutdown margin demonstration will be made with each control rod withdrawn and will not vioiste any requirements of the f acility Technical Specifications. Resulta for each of the 121 control rod shutdown margin demonstrations will be presented to the Directorate of Licensing as soon as all of the data is collected.
