The following items were revised in proceouros 1-PT-112 and 1-PT-115:

1.

Settlement monitoring po!nts 114,115,116 and 117 were replaced with corresponding points 314, 315, 316 and 31'l dt.e to the imolementation of Design Change 92 252, Installation of Mit :ile Shields Over Fuel Oil Lines in the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Ca (Refer to LER 50-338, 339/92-010-00) Settlement monitoring pointo 1 t4,115,116 and 117 still exist and could be used, however ':.. aw settlement monitoring points are more readily accessible (i.e., embeded i 1 E-line wall in the Unit 2 alleyway). Baseline elevations were establishsd for the new points and are documented in calculation CE-095'7 as required by Technical Specification Bases section 3/4.7.12, Settlement of Class 1 Structures. These settlement monitoring points were also replaced in accordance with the NRC's recommendations contained in the Safety Evaluation Report, Settlement of Class 1 Structures Technical Specification (TS) 3/4.7.12 Nodh Anna Power Station Units No.1 and No. 2 (NA-1 & 2) (Tac Nos. MS7985 and MS7986), dated March 31,1992.

Editorial changes to comply with new Administrative Procedure for procedure format.

4 In addition,1-PT-115 was ravised to enhance the accuracy cf the survey by performing rod comparisons.

i Current procedures comply with Technical Specification r,quirements.
