"(Secondary Containment) tests shall be performed at least once per operating cycle..."
4.5.K.3 "A secondary containment capability test shall be conducted at each refueling outage prior to refueling."
4.5.K.4 "The results of the secondary containment capability tests shall be in the subject of a summary technical report..."
