In a letter dated April 29, 1996, Duquesne Light Company (DLC) proposed to i
amend the above license, in part, to revise the peak fuel rod burnup limit in accordance l
with that approved by the NRC for WCAP-12610.
i DLC hereby withdraws that portion of the proposed amendment to the above i
license for Technical Specification 3.9.14, Table 3.9-1, Note 2.
Approval of the l
remaining portion of the proposed change is requested by September 13,1996, in order to support the current refueling outage schedule to load fuel with fuel rods constructed with ZIRLO. This activity is presently scheduled to occur on September 22,1996.
