1 \\... OPERATIONS NARRATIVE l COOPER NUCLEAR STATION ~ August 1996 The plant operated near full power for most of the month. On 8/10/96, the plant reduced power to perform monthly surveillance testing and returned to full power operation after satisfactory completion of the testing.
