McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 Proposed Technical Specification Change TS 4.2.2.2.c.2 Change to the Axial Flux Difference (AFD) Equations Gentlemen:
- On December 12,1995, McGuire Nuclear Station submitted a proposed Technical Specification Amendment regarding change to the Axial Flux Diffemnce(AFD) Equations to duplicate an amendment previously approved for Catawba Nuclear Station. In that proposed amendment, Technical Specification Amendment 130/112 was erroneously referenced as the amendment that first introduced the incorrect AFD Equation. The actual amendment that introduced the AFD Equation was 128/l10, as confirmed via the phone conversation between Victor Nerses (NRC) and McGuire personnel on May 30,1996.
