($1,107) appear inappropriate as the review of the SBWR SSAR, Chapter 14 was stopped many months before the period 12/24/95 - 03/30/96 and no recent Chapter 14 work has been authorized.

The remainder of the invoice, $267,132.00 -- ($268,239.00 - $1,107.00 = $267,132.00) appears to be correctly invoiced and will be remitted.
