The ORNL charges on TAC M84204, GE SBWR - RAI - REACTOR (CHAPTER 4) ($2,646), and NRC charges on TAC M84214, GE SBWR - INITIAL TEST PROGRAM (CHAPTER 14) ($861) appear inappropriate as the review of the SBWR SSAR, Chapters 4 and 14 was stopped many months before the period 10/01/95 - 12/23/95, and no Chapter 4 RAls have been received.
The remainder of the invoice, $275,587.00 - $3,507.00 = $272,080.00 appears to be correctly invoiced and will be remitted.
There is insufficient detail provided with NRC invoices to understand and justify the charges presented.
We would appreciate having your invoices routinely provide the next level of detail to avoid the need for these c earifications.
