DOCKET NOS. 50 445 AND 50 446 TRANSMITTAL OF THE CPSES SECURITY TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN REVISION 8 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.4. enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Security Training and Qualification Plan Revision 8 (copy numbers: 13. 14 15 and 16).
Please note that Revision 8 is a major rewrite / reorganization of the CPSES Security Training and Qualification Plan. Accordingly, change bars are not used.
Included with each copy of the plan is a
" Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 8.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p) determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
