PRAIRIE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket Nos.50-282 License Nos. DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Annual Radioactive Effluent and Waste Disposal Reoort for Januarv throuah December 1995 in accordance with the Prairie Island Technical Specifications, we are submitting one copy of the Radioactive Effluent and Waste Disposal Report covering 1995.
Also attached is the revised semi-annual report for the second semi-annual period of 1994. This revision includes the actual composite results for Sr-89, Sr-90, and Fe-55, which were not available at the time of the original report.

Revision 13 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) is included along with a written description of the changes.
Revision 6 of the Process Control Program (PCP) Manualis included along with Justification for the changes.
In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regulatory Commission commitments.
