DPR-71 & DPR-62 WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST FOR LICENSE AMENDMENT SINGLE LOOP OPERATIONS
Dear Mr. Vassallo:
Carolina Power'& Light Company requested a license amendment regarding single loop operation of the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. I and 2 on June 3,1982.
Since this request, General Electric issued Revision 1 to SIL-380, BWR Core Thermal Hydraulic Stability, which updated previous stability information and recommendations.
Based on a review of this information, the Company hereby withdraws the June 3,1982:
license amendment request regarding single loop operations.
