Additional Information Related to the Request for Authorization to Utilize ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Case N-521 This letter is a follow-up to our July 25,1996 letter on the same subject. That letter referenced tuto Westinghouse reports, WCAP-10363, " Handbook on Flaw Evaluation, Prairie Island 1 and 2 Reactor Vessels" and WCAP-10562, " Background and Technical Basis of Handbook on Flaw Evaluation". We have been requested to provide copies of those reports; they are attached to this letter.
In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regulatory Commission commitments.
