Dear Sirs:

Th10 is a reply to the liRC Bitllotin 92-02:

Safety Concerns Relating to "END OF LIFE" of Aging Thoratronics Tolethornpy Units.

We have a single cobalt-60 telethorapy unit in our department manufactured by Thoratronics. It is a model 700C (S/N:72) which was a new unit installed by Thoratronics in Juno of 1988. Due to the model and age of our machine, wo- believe that we are exempt from additional reporting requirements of this bulletin.

Please adviso.

Sincerely, ACM1 3
