APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear
' Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be amended to revise the Limiting Condition For Operation 3.9.4,
" Containment Building Penetrations," and associ.ated Bases.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacement pages for the technical specifications are included in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by thn Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92, l
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these operating licenses be amended in tha form attached hereto ac Attachment A.
