Ten items have been completed since May 25, 1984.

445/8333-09 Revise the emergency plan to include augmentation of 9/21/84 446/8317-09 emergency personnel as specified in NUREG-0654, Revision 1, Table B-1, and provide a method to verify that there is a reasonable assurance that the augmentation times can be met for the speci-fied minimum augmentation staff.
