Dear Mr. Taylor:
Pursuant to your letter dated April 8, 1985 we have enclosed a check in the amount of $50,000 in full payment of the imposed civil penalty for the subject Inspection Report and Notice of Violation. This check is being transmitted in fulfillment of the Order Imposing Civil Monetary Penalty for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant which was attached to that letter.
This document has been prepared following corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
