This letter is submitted, pursuant to Action Item (/5 of Reference 1, to describe the long-t 7 resolution actions taken to prevent the potential for dead-heading of safety-related pumps.
A modification to the Chemical and Volume Control System (CVCS) has been completed, This modification, as described in Reference 2, eliminates the potential for pump-to pump interaction between the Boric Acid Transfer (BAT) pumps.
This modification concludes all actions associated with NRC Bulletin 88-04.
As discussed in Reference 1. TV Electric shall maintain a documented evaluation of these actions for a minimum of two (2) years.
