Dear Mr. Denton:
Thank you for your April 9, 1985 response to my request for an evaluation of the safety consequences of an incentive regulation plan this Commission ordered for Arizona Public Service Company.
As a follow up to your response, I am asking that the NRC inform me of any significant findings that occur during the enhanced inspection efforts you referred to with respect to Palo Verde Unit I.
In addition, would you please share with me the results of your office's generic study of incentive plan effects on nuclear plant safety.
