Dear Mr. Keppler:
Enclosed are Revisions 11 and 12 of the Illinois Power Nuclear Construction Quality Assurance Manual, dated March 5, 1985, and March 12, 1985, respectively. The submittals are provided in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR 50.55(f)(3). Additionally, matrices of changes for both revisions are enclosed.
