- 1) TU Eiectric Letter logged TXX-92515 from William J. Cahill, Jr., to Dr. Thomas E. Murley dated October 16, 1992 Gent'iemen:
The referenced letter contains a typograpnical' error in the third bullet on page 2, which c.ffects the substantial discussice in the bullet.
The bullet should have stated ac follows:
o Finally, NWC 6rgues that Section'210 prohibits "any person" to waive his right to file a compliant with the NRC.
However, as demonstrated in TV

Electric's response, this argument is invalid. The protective provisions in Section 210 (and NRC's implementing regulations in 10 CFR 4-50.7) only applies to " employees." Because Tex-La is not an employee, the. Tex-La Agreement is not subje:c to Section 210 or 10 CFR 50.7(f).
