Confirmation of Schedule in Edison Response to Supolement 1 of NUREG-0737, (Generic Letter 82-33)
In the Reference (2) letter, Detroit Edison committed to reconfirm to the NRC the schedule proposed in April 1983.
Detroit Edison confirms that the items described in Section II.A through II.E can be completed by the startup after the first refueling. Edison will review the proposed date with respect to its current operating schedule and reconfirm in the December 31, 1985 letter.
Since the date of the Reference (2) letter, Detroit Edison submitted the Safety Parameter Display System Safety Analysis, April 1984 (EF2-67,808) and the Control Room Design Review Program Plan, August 1984 (EF2-72,747). It is our intention to submit the Regulatory Guide 1.97 Report in June 1985.
Activities for completing the control Room Design Review SummaLy Report have begun. Identification of review team members, allocation of simulator time, human factors support, and definition of the detailed schedule are in progress. The scheduled date of September 1985 for submittal of the report will be confirmed by June 1, 1985.
