By letter dated August 24, 1992, Southern Nclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a license amendment concerning the narra generator tube support plate interim plugging criteria.

Included in support of that amendment were copies cf LAP-13464 (Proprietary) and WCAP-13465 (Non-Proprietary). "Responte to NRC Questions on the Farley Steam Generator Tube Alternate R ugging Criterion Presentation Materials."

In a telephone conversation on September 30, 1992, the Farley Project Manager-requested that the Westinghouse affidavit accompanying those WCAPs be revised to indicate that items marked (g) were not the property of Westinghouse.

The revised Westinghouse Authorization letter, CAW-92-364, accompanyt g affidavit, Proprietary

Notice, and Copyright Notice Tre a t i.c ched.

Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to Westinghouse be withheld frora public disclosure in Accorda ce with 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations Correspondence with respect to the copyright or proprietary aspects of the items listed above or the Supporting Westinghouse Affidavit should reference CAW-92-364 and should be addressed to Nicholas J. Liparulo Man &ger of Nuclear Safety and Regulatory Activities, Westinghoue Electric Cc.noration, P.O. Box 355, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15230-0355.

An EPRI affidavit coi ring the ownership of the items marked (g) was provided in the criginal August 24, 1992 submittal.
