APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests thac the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A
to
.these licenses be amended to revise the Limiting Condition For Operation 3.8.1.1 titled "A.C.
Sources - Operating."
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment D.
Typed replacement pages for the technical specifications are included in Attachtuent C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significan' hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these operating licenses be. amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
