I would like to thank you for your cooperation and hard i
work during the year.
Without your help we could not have come through the recent inspection (July 14-16) with no items of non-compliance.
1 As you know this was one of the most thorough health physics inspections that we have ever had by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Literally hundreds of records were reviewed by two very competent NRC inspectors.
However, several suggestions for improving our program were made.
Also your professional health physics support in receiving approximately 650,000 Curies of Co-60 from the Savannah River
- Plant, while this inspection was being conducted, was outstanding.
