SUMMARY
The plant operated at approximately 100% power for the entire month-with the following exception.
On 9/20/92, an unexpected turbine / reactor trip occurred from 100% pswer due to a relay failure during a turbine thrust bearing wear detector test.
Full power operation resumed on 9/22/92.
