Dy !ctter dated July 22, 1992 Southern Nuclear Company submitted the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit 2 Interval 1/ Period 3/ Outage 3 and Interval 2/ Period 1/0utap 1 Inservice Inspaction Reports.
As noted by the NRC staff, the " Equipment Certs" sections of Volume 1 of
)
both of these reports included data sheets marked proprietary.
However, as described in the attached Westinghouse letter of September 8 1992, none of the information in those reports is proprietary and may be reproduced as necessary under government regulations associated with public information rights.
Enclosed are replacement " Equipment Certs" sections for both reports which have the p oprietary stamps removed.
The entire " Equipment Certs" sections from Volume 1, Tab G for both submittals shoul6 be removed and replaced with the respective section noted on the cover sheets of the enclosures.
