Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket tio. 50-289 Refueling Interval 9R Once Through Steam Generator (OTSG) 'iube Inspection Report Technical Specification 4.19.5.b requires reporting to the flRC the complete results of OTSG tube inservice inspections within 12 months following the completion of the inspections.
GPU Nuclear performed eddy current inspection of the OTSG Tubing during refueling interval 9R and completed such inspections during October,1991.
Attachment 1, " Report on the 1991 Eddy Current Examinations of the 1Ml-1 OTSG Tubing", fulfills the requirements of the above cited Technical Specification for the inspections identified above.
