' SUPPLEMENT TO LCR 92-05 110PE CREEK GENERATING STATION FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-57 DOCKET NO. 50-354 This letter revises our application for amendment to Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenso NPF-57 for the Hope Creek dated July 8, 1992 (LCR 92-05). LCR 92-05 proposed changes to Technical-Specifications (TSs) 6.3, " Unit Staff Qualifications" and 6.s, " Training" to clarify the current requirements for

' licensed operator qualifications and training.' The marked up TS pages submitted in LCR 92-05 did not reflect the changes approved in-Amendment 52 dated June 8, 1992. A_new marked up page is included in the attachment of this letter to correct this Loversight. These changes, in no way, affect our description or justification for the proposed changes, our analysis concerning i significant hazards,-or any of the resulting conclusions.
