This License Amendment Request ret'lects plant modifications being perforrned as part of NSP's Station Blackout / Electrical Safeguards Upgrade Proj ec t for Prairie Island Nuclear Gerarating Plant, Units 1 and 2.

During subsequent discussions with NRC staff we agreed to additional changes.

These additional changes are reflected in the attached revised page changes to the TecSnical Specifications, Appendix A of the Operating Licenses, for Prairie Island Nuc1 car Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2.

The significant hazards analysis and safety evaluation submitted with the March 20,-1992 License Amendment Request still apply.
